      • Butterfly room: fridge measured at 10C. The temperature was adjusted.Recommend maintaining daily temperature logs to ensure temperatures are reading below 4C for all fridges.

      • -There were missing baseboards along the wall in the Caterpillar Room. Please install.

      • -There was a used cloth sitting on a spray bottle in the Caterpillar Room. Ensure that cloths are placed in the laundry immediately after each use
