      • Floor tile in front of the cooking area noted to be in disrepair. Please ensure all surfaces are easily cleanable, smooth and impervious to moisture.

      • Low temperature dishwasher was not dispensing any sanitizer (chlorine). Dishwasher was hooked up to a small container of chlorine. Please ensure it is hooked up to the proper sanitizer bucket and is dispensing 100 ppm chlorine.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hot water faucet in staff bathroom is in disrepair, there is no hot water. Repair/replace the faucet and ensure all sinks have both hot and cold running water.
