      • -A bleach sanitizer solution container in the kitchen was unlabeled. Ensure all chemical containers are labeled to prevent misuse. The operator labeled the container onsite.-A blue spray bottle containing disinfectant in the front bar area was unlabeled. Ensure all chemical containers are properly labeled to prevent misuse. The operator labeled the bottle onsite.

      • Chlorine was not detected at the chemical dishwasher in the back area. Ensure the dishwasher is functioning properly and that chlorine levels are maintained at 100 ppm for effective sanitation. The operator contacted a technician during the inspection and provided photos confirming chlorine levels at 100 ppm.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Floor under dishwasher has exposed bare concrete.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The fridge handle in the kitchen was damaged and taped. Please repair or replace to ensure it is in good condition and easily cleanable.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Ceiling vents and adjacent ceiling tiles in the kitchen were dusty. Please clean and maintain.
