      • Clorox spray is being used to disinfect and sanitize surfaces. This is not an approved sanitizer. Approved sanitizers include:- 100ppm bleach solution- Quats sanitizer (follow manufacturers instructions for concentration needed). - 12.5 – 25 PPM Iodine- 0.5% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (with disinfectant claim)

      • The first aid kit was missing the following items:- Alcohol wipes- Tweezers (corrected during time of the inspection).
