      • April 17, 2026 - Violation was still outstanding. New grey plastic basin handwash bin was purchased and available onsite, but not installed yet during the time of the inspection. March 27, 20261. The white plastic basin of the hand sink was still worn out and equipped with separate hot and cold potable water faucets.The coffee machine was not in service and an out of order sign had been posted, compliant with food establishment current food handling permit conditions allowing prepackaged foods only.Action Required:The basin needs to be replaced with one made of smooth, durable, easily cleanable material before it can be used for dishwashing of coffee carafe and other dishware.The two faucets will need to be replaced with one faucet with a mixing valve for hot and cold potable water before the sink can be approved for handwashing as part of coffee station preparation or other minimal food handling activities.

PHI showed Operator how to do download AHS Pest Control Checklist at time of inspection.Action Required: Please have in place an effective pest control program and written documentation reviewed at least once every month.       • An approved sanitizer was not readily available. Corrected during inspection. PHI coached Operator on mixing an approved 100ppm Chlorine sanitizer. Action Required:Ensure approved sanitizers (100ppm Bleach or 200ppm QUATs or 12.5-25ppm Iodine) are readily available when open for business, to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
