      • Mice droppings and shredded insulating material were found inside stove drawers and on the floor under and around the dishwasher.• Clean and sanitize all areas contaminated with mouse droppings and shredded materials using an approved bleach solution.• Seal all identified entry points, including openings in the wall behind the stoves and around plumbing beneath the sinks, to prevent further pest entry into the food facility.• Install and maintain pest control traps throughout the facility to monitor and control rodent activity.• Remove unused or unnecessary items from the kitchen, as clutter provides harborage for mice.• Store all dry food products in pest‑proof containers with tight‑fitting lids.• Ensure all exterior doors are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility.
