- Inspector's reading taking at 3pm:- FCL = 0ppm, TCL= 0ppm, pH = 6.96- Reading from the controller at 2:20pm: ORP=145mV and pH = 7,24.The inspector's readings were significantly different from those of the operator taking around 11am. **The operator was asked to conduct a manual test of the pool water using his test kit. The operator performed the test without zeroing/blanking the equipment. The pool operator was asked why he did not zero the equipment and he said, "that is how i do the testing".
