- A 0ppm chlorine residual was measured in the dishwasher's final rinse cycle. Despite priming the unit and running three additional cycles, the residual remained at 0ppm. The operator was instructed to repair the dishwasher to ensure a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine in the final rinse. As an interim measure, the operator was directed to manually sanitize all dishes and utensils in the sink following the machine wash cycle.
