    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mice droppings observed in the kitchen and the dry goods storage room. No traps in the kitchen. The only trap was in the storage room and it wasn't placed correctly. Clean up the affected areas then call for service.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Ensure you keep all your pest control reports in one place and readily available for the inspector. Request the provider to provide legible reports. If the report tells about droppings, make sure you clean up the area immediatly

      • Clean the floors all around the walls and under equipment. Both, the kitchen and storage room
