      • 1. The chlorine bucket for the swimming pool automated controller was not labeled.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Label chlorine bucket to prevent misuse and mixing of chemicals.

      • **OUTSTANDING**1. There was no soap/soap dispenser available at the showering area. The Operator stated soap was removed, because guests were putting it in the whirlpool to create bubbles.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please provide soap in a suitable dispenser in the indicated area and encourage bathers to take shower before the entering the pools. It is recommended to post signage to inform guests to not use soap in the whirlpool.

      • 1. Debris noted on the pool deck floor drains in the following areas:- East side of the swimming pool- South end of the swimming pool- By the shower COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Clean the floor drains more thoroughly and more frequently to maintain them in a visibly clean and sanitary condition.

      • 1. The small DPD 1B reagent in the test kit had expiry date 4/25. The Operator stated the bottle is refilled from a larger bottle that had an expiry date of 1/26. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please label the small bottle with the large refill bottle expiry date.

      • There was no clock to monitor the length of stay in the whirlpool.-Please provide functional clock to the indicated area to ensure bathers' welfare and safety.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. There was no soap/soap dispenser available at the showering area.-Please provide soap with suitable dispenser in the indicated area and encourage bather to take shower before the entering the pools.2. The shower handle was damaged.-Please repair.3. One of the swimming pool's handrails was not steady.-Please firmly secure the indicated pool handrail and ensure good repair.

      • 1. Some of the testing chemical reagents had passed the best before dates.-Please replace the indicated reagents with new ones.2. There was no pool kit box or its instructions manual available onsite.-Please provide appropriate pool kit box and instructions manual onsite.

      • Shower temperature measured 64 degrees C. Ensure shower temperature is between 34-45 degrees C. Not observed during this inspection.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Patron signage is missing the following information to:- Bathers who require protective swim-wear - patrons with diarrhea/history of diarrhea over the previous two weeks. Ensure information regarding pool use in these two areas is added to patron signage.
