During the inspection the Operator stated they drop off weekly samples every Tuesday.**November 18, 2025: Spoke with the General Manager to inform them of sampling history and was informed weekly samples are dropped off, but was not sure what information was being provided on the requisition form.**November 24, 2025: bacteriological water sample collected for both basins during the inspection. Samples were going to be dropped off by the Operator at the Provincial Lab later after the inspection. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Ensure the requisition forms are completed properly and include the access number to ensure the sample is linked to the facility's file.

      • **CORRECTED**1. Hair and debris noted in the North East and South skimmer baskets. Debris removed during the inspection.
