- Liquid soap dispenser was empty. Refill was not available on site. Food handler provided a countertop pump style liquid soap dispenser for use. Ensure liquid soap is always available at the hand washing sink.

- The person who has foodsafety training certificate will be leaving once the new owners takeover. Ensure someone onsite has food safety training certificate.
