- Dishwasher was <25 ppm Chlorine. Ensure dishwasher has 100 ppm Clorine at the rinse cycle. Old Chlorine pail needs to be replaced. Ensure staff are testing Chlorine concentration regularly to ensure it is 100 ppm Chlorine.

- Hood fan is not adequately removing vapours. Hood fan is continuously cutting out.Greasy vapours, odors from cooking are accumulating in the school.
