      • - Observed cockroach captures on every glue boards installed throughout the kitchen and the front.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Infestation level is alarming. Store requires professional spray treatment throughout. Ensure to conduct deep cleaning before & after the treatment. Do not expose any food contact surfaces during the treatment. Areas of concern are the back kitchen near the sinks and the shelving units. Operator to provide the service report for review.

      • - Mini cooler (holding raw meat) ambient temperature measured at 8.4C minimum over 30 min period.

      • - Do not store perishable food items in this cooler until the unit is repaired and capable of maintaining the ambient temperature of 4C or below. All items were moved to another working cooler at the time of inspection.

      • - Operator was able to make 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at the time of inspection. Ensure to make them before store opening. Food contact surfaces, counters and other high touch places should be sanitized regularly throughout the day.
