      • CDI operator adjusted the concentration which was retested to be at 50 ppm. Ensure that chlorine is being dispensed above 50 ppm. Comments Hand sink stocked with soap, hot water and paper towels. Coolers and freezer were maintained below 4°C and -18°C. Temperature logs were maintained. Quats sanitizer was tested to be above 200 ppm. Hot held rice were kept above 60°C. Ventilation food was maintained in clean condition and was serviced on schedule. premise was maintained in sanitary condition.
