- Observation: House flies observed in the deli and bakery at the time of inspection. Also, UV lighting unit requires cleaning and maintenance to remove dead flies.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to implement stronger measures to manage fly issues. Increase frequency of clean up and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure no pooling water on the floor or behind equipment. Also clean and maintain hard to reach areas to remove build-ups and eliminate fly breeding grounds.

- Observation: Ceiling tiles have yellowed and have a build up due to cooking vapours and debris.
- Floors in some areas have lifted and debris noted behind baseboards.
- Corrective Action(s): Manager has informed us that a renovation of the deli is to occur which includes changing out counters and shelves and proper ventilation of ovens. Please address issues noted above in the renovation. Please submit plans for review that include finishes of all equipment to be replaced.
