The operator completed a Food Premises Self-inspection Checklist and submitted this along with any requested supporting documents to the environmental health officer. An on-site inspection was not conducted by the environmental health officer. The Environmental health officer has already done an on-site consultation inspection of this facility before the remote initial inspection.
      • Corrective Action: An on-site inspection will be conducted within the next four months as well as a follow-up inspection.
