    • 101 - Plans/construction/alterations not in accordance with the Regulation [s. 3; s. 4]
      • Observation: Some equipment (water softener & coffee machines) were not installed/connected. This equipment was found in the main kitchen area and the storage area.
      • Corrective Action: Complete all equipment installations to ensure the facility is as per approved plans.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Dishwasher was leaking during operation. One hand sink did not have adequate water flow.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure the dishwasher is in good working order. Ensure all plumbing fixtures have adequate water flow.
