      • Quats sanitizer was 200 ppm.The dispenser system is broken and in need of replacement (lever broke off). Manually fill sanitizer bottles in the meantime.Quats sanitizer test strips are needed. Please purchase Quats test strips.Correct by Aug 6 2025.Ernest is waiting on a new sanitizer dispenser to arrive and be installed - work order has been placed.Quats and chlorine test strips have been ordered - awaiting delivery.Ernest will email pictures when strips arrive and dispenser is replaced

Test strips must be able to test for 100 ppm free chlorine.Please purchase the correct test strips and use daily for the kitchen dishwasher and the glass washer in the lounge.Please record the result of checks done daily on a log sheet.       • Sanitizer concentration for the dishwasher was found to be at 0 ppm chlorine.The detergent and the sanitizer containers were empty.Mike put in new containers for the detergent, sanitizer and rinse aid.Sanitizer concentration was tested again for the dishwasher and was found to be at 100 ppm chlorine.Test strips were not available and log sheet was not being filled out.Mike will order some chlorine test strips and the log sheet will be used to record results daily.
