      • In one of the coolers, raw marinated meat was stored above vegetables such as carrots and cilantro.Ensure raw meats are stored on the lower shelves, while vegetables, cooked food, and ready-to-eat items are placed on the upper shelves.

      • Some of the unopened cans (olives) were directly stored in the hallway on the floor.Store the cans at least 6 inches above the floor, in the food storage areas.

      • Low temp. dishwasher was measured at 0 ppm chlorine, machine was run several times and the supplies were checked. Discussed this issue with the staff and the operator. Please arrange for the service (URGENT).Meanwhile, staff was instructed to use the 2 compartment sinks for washing the cookware/kitchen utensil. Do not use reusable customer utensils until the dishwasher is repaired. Operator confirmed that they will only use the single use disposables for customer and will get the service immediately.
