      • The hot water tap at the hand wash sink, nearest the cooking line, was hard to turn on and off. Please repair the tap.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Some of the seals on the doors of the prep coolers (across from the cooking line) were in disrepair. Please repair.

      • 1.One of the shelves in the walk-in cooler was constructed of unfinished wood. Please refinish or remove. Ensure that all surfaces are smooth and cleanable.2. The hot water tap at the hand wash sink, nearest the cooking line, was hard to turn on and off. Please repair the tap.3. The caulking behind the 2 compartment sink was in disrepair and some sections had black mould. Please remove, clean and then replace the caulking.
