- Client drinking water bottles in several rooms were observed to be stored in close proximity to the hand wash sink. The staff member indicated that bottles sometimes get refilled at the hand sinks.**Please ensure these bottles are stored in an area that prevents them from becoming contaminated. **Please ensure water bottles are refilled from the kitchen tap.-The operator relocated the bottles to a suitable storage location during the inspection.
