      • Observation(s): *Prep #2 Cooler has excessive water condensate which may be leaking in the unit. Check and repair as required. Temperature is good though. *Cooler #3 Seals require replacement. Temperature is good on the bottom section; the upper section is slightly warmer. New seals should help so the compressor runs more efficiently.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.
