      • Observation(s): *Prep #2 Cooler has excessive water condensate which may be leaking in the unit. Check and repair as required. Temperature is good though. *Cooler #3 Seals require replacement. Temperature is good on the bottom section; the upper section is slightly warmer. New seals should help so the compressor runs more efficiently.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.

    Nothing bad to say about the food or service but I find the main downtown location much better. The downtown menu has a much better selection, and i have found the food to be better and also more visually appealing. We had the seafood medley and stuffed chicken, both ok but the chicken was not very flavourful or plated well. Our starter was mediterranean bread that was very good. Again nothing bad to say but for my money I much prefer the downtown location which has been good for all of my visits.

    Give it a chance and Im sure you’ll enjoy it! Nice menu and great location. Feel they could work on consistency, food was good but was anticipating perfection - perhaps an unrealistic expectation for the smaller version of the intermezzo downtown.

    Honestly one of the best meals I've had in a very long time, I ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly, the salt balance was on point, had two bottles of great wine and to end the night an amazing crème Brule, don't miss out on the black and white cream option. I had a great experience and a good start for my birthday, definitely every restaurant should feel like this

    Not the same as the downtown location and that is absolutely ok! We were celebrating a milestone and decided to go out to the Castle. It's a super location not far out of town. We had a really hard to please person in our group and I'm always sorry for wait staff when that happens but they were graceful and kind to their credit. The food was delicious and we'll portioned. Even though the food is higher end, and the prices reflect that, the portions were not scant as it can sometimes be. We ate well and shared desert. Make the drive it's lovely enjoy the view and great service, we did.

    We had a fantastic time Saturday evening. This was our first visit to the Castle Intermezzo Bistro. We were very well taken care of by Maren who was charming and shared some excellent menu suggestions. We felt comfortable in our casual clothing yet could easily imagine getting dressed up for an evening in this restaurant - we had the feeling of “dining” that is missing so often these days. The food was high quality, very well prepared, and presented beautifully (and Maren’s suggestion of creme brûlée with chocolate mousse finished the meal perfectly). Well be back many times and highly recommend to anyone wanting a dining “experience.”
