    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • One sanitizer bucket was prepared in the front service area. Corrected onsite. A separate sanitizer bucket was prepared for the use on customer tables. A separate sanitizer solution was also prepared for use to sanitize the steam wand for the cappuccino machine. Ensure separate sanitzing solutions are always prepared for front service area, capuccino machine, and customer seating areas
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Front service countertop display cooler was reading between 5.5-9 deg C for air temperature. Moved pastries and sandwiches to alternate cooler in interum. Ensure cooler maintains 4 deg C or lower.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Designated handsink in front service counter had container and other items stored in the basin. Corrected during inspection. Ensure the basin is used for handwashing only.
