According to the operator, the refrigerator was plugged in 20 minuites from the start of the inspection and not earlier. Temperature was cooling down, indicating that the refrigerator was able to keep a cold-holding temperature.REQUIREMENT: Operator must plug in their refrigerator units for as long as possible prior to travelling to a location, and must turn the refrigerators on as soon as possible.
