Ensure droppings are cleaned properly and the area sanitized.May 04, 2026: Mice droppings were observed at the back storage room.- Contact a pest control company to identify and control possible mice infestation at the facility.- Clean all observed mice droppings at the facility with bleach solution. - Ensure all food items are placed inside containers with lids.- Close any openings that may facilitate pest entry into the facility.

      • The low temperature mechanical dishwasher was not dispensing the correct amount of sanitizer.Discussed with staff and management using the dishwasher to wash the dishes, but MANUALLY sanitizing them until the issue can be corrected.
