      • Observed tacks being used on the wall in the pre-school room.June 18th, 2026 re-inspection-->>Most but not all tacks were removed.

      • The toy storage rooms (off the OSC room), continue to organize these and remove unnecessary items.June 18th, 2026 re-inspection: please continue to organize these rooms.

      • Observed tacks being used on the wall in the pre-school room.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • There is no safety belt on the change pad in the baby room.In the baby room, the change pad is visibly soiled.The liquid hand soap dispenser at the diaper hand wash sink is not properly dispensing soap.

      • Some separation in the laminate flooring was noted in the OSC room by the washroom/storage area. Please ensure flooring is in good repair and cracks are sealed so the floor is smooth and cleanable.> OUTSTANDING Jan 15 2025

      • Water temperature at the hand sink in the infant room, preschool room, and men's washroom was measured to be approx. 62C which is too hot. Recommended maximum is 49C. A mixing valve is strongly recommended to control maximum temperatures and reduce risk of legionella.> Water temperature in the mens and ladies washrooms and infant room were measured to be 62C.>Preschool room sink water temperature has a regulator and was satisfactory 29C.

      • The gate to the back corridor, furnace room and bathroom area was not able to be properly secured to prevent entry. Please ensure that the gate is secured to prevent unauthorized access.

      • Some separation in the laminate flooring was noted in the OSC room by the washroom/storage area. Please ensure flooring is in good repair and cracks are sealed so the floor is smooth and cleanable.
