      • In the OSC bathroom there lysol within eash reach of the children. Corrected during the inspection.In the small room in between the preschool and the toddler (?) there was Drano in unlocked cabinet.Either secure the cabinet with a lock or secure the door to prevent a child from entering.

      • There is a small rip in the change pad in the toddler room.Remove and replace with a new change pad.

      • The change pad in the infant room was torn. Please remove and replace the change pad so the surface is smooth, cleanable and impervious to moiture.

      • The toilet paper dispenser in the last stall of the preschool bathroom was not secured to the wall.

      • The white shelving unit in the toddler room was over 4 feet in height and was not secured to the wall. The narrow base could be a tipping hazard. Please secure the unit from tipping.
