    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • 1) No paper towels for handwashing at the facial room handwash sink. Provide paper towels.2) There is not pressure at the facial handwash sink. Wash hands in the washroom before providing service until the handwash sink is fixed.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1) Both 4L PREempt CS20 bottles were expired (May 2, 2025, and July 11, 2025).Provide a new bottle of PREempt CS20.2) Large metal foot scrubbers are not properly disinfected; they can't be immersed into the PREempt CS 20 . The container is too small to fit the large metal foot scrubbers.Do not use large metal foot scrubbers until they can be disinfected properly.3) There was not record sheet for PREempt CS20 high-level disinfectant. Therefore, it is not sure if they were testing the disinfectant daily. Test and record the PREempt CS20 disinfectant daily.4) Hair strands were found on hairbrushes. Clean the hairbrushes after each client.

      • 1) Nail clippings were found on the towel in the pedicure trolley.2) Cream stains were found on the facial room cupboard doors. 3) Slight brown stains were found on the facial room table cover.1 to 3) Clean these areas.
