- There was only one drain plug available for the two compartment dishwashing sink.Obtain a second drain plug for the two compartment dishwashing sink. Two well-fitting drain plugs are required for proper manual dishwashing.

- The maximum water temperature at the dish level during the sanitize cycle measured 25 degrees Celsius, and there was no residual chlorine concentration at the dish level during the sanitize cycle.Repair/service or replace the dishwasher. Water temperature at the dish level during the sanitize cycle for high temperature machines must measure greater than 71 degrees Celsius. The residual chlorine concentration at the dish level during the sanitize cycle for low temperature machines must measure 100 ppm.
