- The baffles inside the ice machine had mold and biofilm accumulation.Cease using the ice machine and any ice that is in the ice machine. Have the ice machine cleaned and sanitized, and ensure it is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.

- A can of residential pesticide was present on the counter to the right of the three compartment sink in the kitchen.Pesticide was discarded by the operator during inspection. All pesticide application in commercial food facilities must be done by a licensed pesticide applicator.

- Cooked sausages found being stored at room temperature had an internal temperature of 22 degrees Celsius.As discussed, once cooked/reheated, store hot (above 60 degrees Celsius). Recommend reheating/cooking the frozen product closer to the time needed. Sausages were discarded.

- The condenser for the east cooler was leaking.Repair the cooler to stop the leak.
