- 1. Cooked beef stored at room temperature measured 17C. 2. Cooked rice stored at room temperature measured 18C. High risk foods such as beef and rice must not be stored at room temperature as this can allow bacteria to grow. Ensure food are stored in the cooler when not in use. The operator placed the beef and rice in the cooler at the time of the inspection.

- The drainpipe for the two-compartment sink is in disrepair where water is draining into a mop bucket. All plumbing must be maintained in good condition to ensure liquid waste is drained in a safe and sanitary manner. The operator stated a plumber is coming this week to repair the drainpipe.
