      • - Sanitizer was not observed.       • - Thermometers were missing in the coolers. Ensure thermometers are present in coolers.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • - No handwashing sink is at the food handling area. Staff indicated hand hygiene is completed in the handwashing sink in the infirmary which has a door or by using hand sanitizers.Ensure food handling is completed in a kitchen with accessible and fully equipped handwashing sink.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
