- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Trolley with buildup of food debris was noted again from the last inspection report. Please clean and disinfect the trolley regularly (at least daily). Recommend acquiring a trolley that is easier to clean. October 23 update: Tape/liner was used but was accumulating dirt as well. Advised to remove and use a tea towel changed with each meal service to cover the trays, and disinfect when it's returned to the kitchen.

- Dishwasher had 0 ppm of chlorine. Operator must use disposable plates/cups/utensils until it can be repaired.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Hand soap container was broken, and therefore there was no hand soap in the kitchen. Replace immediately.
