      • Preschool room (far room) wall was noted to be patched but not painted by the door to the outdoor play area. Please ensure that the walls are in good repair and easy to clean.

    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Bingo dabbers with the warning labels to be kept out of reach of children were observed in Preschool 3 room. They were removed during the inspection.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • No safety belt was provided on the diaper pad and no safety barrier was provided on the washroom counter used as a diapering surface. Please provide a safety belt for the diaper pad and safety barrier for the diapering surface.

      • There was no safety barrier on the diaper changing area (washroom counter was used).
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Children's bottles/cups observed in the kitchen fridge were not labelled. It was addressed during the inspection. Please ensure that all children's bottles and cups are labelled.
