- Meat was thawing in the 3 compartment sink without any cold running water. The surface temperature was at 6C. Staff member indicated they fill the sink with hot water and thaw the meat this way and just drained the water. Manager indicated they do not do cold running water as the sink would overflow with water. Food items must be thawed in the cooler or under cold running water. Please ensure staff/management is educated on proper thawing procedures.

- 1. Handwashing sink in the back is draining water slowly.2. Handwashing sink in the front is being used as a dump sink for coffee. This needs to be used for handwashing as others are too far away and not easily accessible. This sink needs liquid soap, and hot and cold running water (cold water faucet is turned off, possibly due to leak, repair leak if needed).
