      • A scoop was observed stored inside the ice container. The operator removed it and placed it in the designated scoop holder to prevent contamination.

      • The bleach sanitizer spray bottle was unlabeled. The operator labeled it to mitigate the risk of chemical misuse or contamination

      • A valid food handling permit was not posted. Please ensure that a valid permit is displayed on the wall in a location clearly visible to the public.

      • The bleach sanitizer measured >200 ppm chlorine and was diluted during the inspection. 1/2 teaspoon bleach : litre of water.

      • Food permit on displayed expired in 2023; please post your current permit.

      • September 17: The wall and surfaces by the hot plates had food spills. The wall around the three compartment sink had food spills and build up of grime.The shelves in the front had food spillage.
