     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 containers of BUSH coloring noted to be stored at the dry storage shelves. This coloring contains ingredients that are unfit for human consumption. Operator confirmed that no food in this kitchen contains these coloring. Operator immediately voluntarily discarded the 2 containers of BUSH coloring. Only purchase the food coloring from approved source.
