      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must be available for all food contact surfaces. Operator to obtain either quat sanitizer or bleach water sanitizer in spray bottles for the sanitizing of all food contact surfaces.
      • Employee onsite prepared a solution of bleach water measuring 100ppm concentration for sanitizing purposes during this inspection.
      • Followup to be completed for sanitizing procedures next week.
