     • July 08, 2024- transport vehicles were not reinspected at time of inspection1. Boxes of food in delivery truck were stacked on the floor surfaces. Provide a pallet for storing foods off of the floor surfaces. 2. Delivery truck did not have reefer turned on at time of loading. Ambient air was @11 deg C.Ensure when temperatures outside are above 4 deg Celsius, the reefer unit must be turned on to maintain ambient air temperature at or below 4 deg C.

   • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
     • Warehouse does not have an approved area setup for opening food products and portionning into smaller quantity units. No sinks or counter space setup. Operator to cease portionning of foods onsite without AHS approval of a designated area with proper setup.
   • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
     • Opened bags of dry foods were not stored in covered containers to protect food content from contamination. Operator to cease portionning of foods onsite. There will be no open foods stored onsite.
   • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
     • Some of the stored boxes of food onsite were stored directly on floor surfaces in warehouse. Ensure pallets are provided to store food off floor surfaces in storage.
   • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
     • Warehouse was approved for storage of low-risk non perishable foods only. Observed facility has also added refrigerated and frozen food warehouse storage areas. Operator did not notify AHS of addition of perishable food storage areas onsite. Permit to be updated to change restrictions and fee status.
