      • At the time of inspection, one of the eyeball jet diffusers was missing, leaving a pipe opening that could pose a potential physical entrapment hazard. The operator was advised to install the missing eyeball jet diffuser to eliminate the hazard.Please send a photo, once its installed.

      • At the time of inspection, one of the eyeball jet diffusers was missing, leaving a pipe opening that could pose a potential physical entrapment hazard. The operator was advised to install the missing eyeball jet diffuser to eliminate the hazard.

      • Some sand accumulation was observed on the bottom of the pool basin. The operator was advised to vacuum the pool basin to remove the accumulated sand. If sand accumulation reoccurs following cleaning, the operator is advised to inspect the filtration system to determine whether sand is escaping from the filter. Check filter laterals for possible cracking, or deterioration. Appropriate corrective action should be taken based on the condition of the filter.

      • The flow meter was missing. The operator mentioned that the flow meter was broken and was removed three (3) weeks ago. The inspector informed the operator that the flow meter is crucial in determining the flow rate, filtration rate, and turnover period, which are all important parameters to confirm that the filtration and circulation of the whirlpool is adequate and within the required ranges.**OUTSTANDING (2025-07-10). The flow meter was still missing. However, a service technician was on site during the inspection to install a flow meter. A re-inspection will be conducted to confirm that the flow meter is functional.
