  - Observation(s): The hot water was observed to be above the allowable limit of 49 degrees Celsius. Hot water must not exceed 49 degrees Celsius in order to reduce risk of a scalding injury. The hot water tank was adjusted to lower the temperature during the inspection.

  - Observation(s): During the inspection it was noted in two rooms that the cupboard under the bathroom sink was unlocked and items inside accessible, including cleaners labelled "Keep out of reach of children". These cupboards were locked during the inspection, and the contravention was resolved. No further action required.
