    • F2.2 Are proper pest control measures in place on the premises?
      • Observation(s): • Outside access door in the store's back storage room requires updated weather stripping/door sweep to prevent entry of pests. Door stripping has come off in sections and outdoors can be seen. Repair around door and floor below door so that it is impenetrable to pest entry.
      • F2.2B The premises must be protected against entry of pests.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): • Clean floor under slush machine. • Clean and remove debris and items under the back room storage shelving.

      • Observation(s): • Gaps noted where the bottom of the back receiving door meets the floor threshold (back storage room). Repair floor and/or door sweep so that there is no gap - gaps can allow for pest entry.
      • F2.2B The premises must be protected against entry of pests.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): Cleaning required in harder to reach areas in store, in particular: • Under the 2 compartment sink at the coffee station - stains and debris. It appears piping may also be leaking - please repair and once repaired ensure this area is kept clean. • Clean inside the cabinet containing the garbage can(s) at the coffee station - stains and debris noted. Clean today. Note: some products and boxes were on the floor in the back storage room at the time of inspection, however staff were in the process of arranging product and moving, and staff were aware that items were not to be stored directly on the floor.
      • F2.5B The premises must be properly constructed and maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition.
