- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 3 posts and 2 bowls of curry on top ot the stove measured between 25 - 53°C that were previously cooked/served and left without temperature control measures.
- Corrective Action(s): Hot hold or cool and store or discard.
- Ensure potentially hazardous foods are not left in the danger zone.

- Operator could not provide what sanitzer is usually used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Opeartor was unable to make sanitizer.
- Operator indecated glass cleaner or all-purpose cleaner used to sanitize customer tables.
- The commercial mixer was found with caked on dough debris.
- Corrective Action(s): Clean and Sanitize. To be corrected within 3 days.
