      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 3 posts and 2 bowls of curry on top ot the stove measured between 25 - 53°C that were previously cooked/served and left without temperature control measures.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hot hold or cool and store or discard.
      • Ensure potentially hazardous foods are not left in the danger zone.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was available.
      • Operator could not provide what sanitzer is usually used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Opeartor was unable to make sanitizer.
      • Operator indecated glass cleaner or all-purpose cleaner used to sanitize customer tables.
      • The commercial mixer was found with caked on dough debris.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and Sanitize. To be corrected within 3 days.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed open containers of foods inside the walk-in cooler without proper lids.
      • Observed a metal scoop caked with dry foods that have not been washed, stored in the dry foods.
      • Corrective Action(s): Cover all foods
      • Protect all foods from contamination.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a box of raw chicken stored on a stoll that was measured at 17°C at surface level. Operator indicated it was fresh chicken that she had pulled out to cook.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not thaw at room temperature.

      • Observation: Unused containers, equipment, utensils found on the working surfaces of the kitchen, accumulating dust.
