      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee creamers left at room temperature for 30 minutes. Ensure creamers and dairy products which require refrigeration is kept in the cooler at 4C and below.
      • Corrective Action(s): Keep refrigerated foods in cooler at 4C and below. Creamers left out at 4C and above for more than 2 hours will have to be discarded. Operator placed creamer cups into cooler at 4C and below.

      • Observation: 1. Walk in freezer has a leak and ice build up below compressor unit and on the floor. Service and repair required. Ensure leaking ice do not contaminate food storage.
      • 2. Walk in cooler door handle falls off. Repair required.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure walk in cooler is in working order and repaired. Correction required in one week. Ensure staff do not get locked in walk in coolers due to broken door handle.
