      • Observation: The exterior doors are missing a bottom door sweep or seal. Minor openings can be seen at the bottom left. This may allow entrance of rodents are other insects into the facility. This is for the left black door and the rear double black doors.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior openings into facility are sealed to prevent entry of pests. Correction required in one month.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4L milk jug probed at 6.4°C, creamer at 6.1°C.
      • Corrective Action(s): All milk, cream, cheese, eggs, sandwiches, subs, cheese bread in the walk-in cooler must be discarded (all perishable foods).
      • All perishable foods must be stored and maintained at < 4°C.

      • Observation: -Ambient temperature inside walk-in cooler at around 5 - 6°C.
      • -Ambient temperature of the display area with dairy products of the walk-in cooler observed at 7.7°C.
      • -All areas of the cooler must be able to maintain < 4°C.
      • -Walk-in was also observed to be overstocked that prevented cold air from circulating.
      • Corrective Action(s): -Do not overstock coolers.
      • -Please service walk-in cooler to maintain < 4°C. To be corrected by 21-July-2021.
