    • C1.1 - Does the licensee continually inform licensing of any significant changes to the structure or operation of the facility?
      • Observation(s): The manager's name was not posted. The current licence was not posted in the preschool room. These issues were quickly corrected during the inspection. Discussed during the inspection was the possibility of the school age program having to move rooms in September. The Licensing Officer and the manager viewed various rooms/options. If the school age program relocates and the capacity will increase to 24 children then the AMENDMENT process will occur. If the capacity of the school age children will remain at 21 then the NOTIFICATION process will occur. For an amendment include the following: - Community Care Licensing Application for Licence (form - 82001) - Detailed Description of the care program - Floor plan that shows the entire building (highlight the rooms used) as well as more detailed plans of the individual rooms being used - Site plan If this is just going to be a notification then the same documents are required minus the Community Care Licensing Application for Licence (form - 82001)
