      • 1) CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED - Food cannot be repackaged onsite until health approval is given. Further instances of food repackaging prior to health approval will be subject to further enforcement action such as the issuance of a Violation Ticket.
      • 2) All foods must be stored in a sanitary manner within the food premises. Packages checked for damage prior to placing them in the freezer.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no proper surface sanitizer found. Mixed a bottle of chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm in spray bottle. Operator did know how to make proper surface sanitizer. Discussed with operator to add half tsp of bleach for 1L of water.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station: the valve was blocked by a bowl. Bowl was removed at time of inspection when notified. Discussed with operator to wash hands before and after wearing gloves.

      • Observation: Cluttering boxes and items found on floor in back storage areas. No floor space to walk into the rooms. Cluttering items observed in the cabinets in the front, dirty rags, bags of baked goods etc.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all cardboard boxes. Re-organize the back storage areas so that there is floor space to walk into the rooms. Re-organize the items in the cabinet in the front. Food related items should be stored separately from non-food related items.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean & organized state. Keep all supplies and food off the ground, organized and paths clear to allow for easy cleaning and monitoring of pest activities.
      • Operator has purchased new shelving unit - currently laying in a pile. Operator will set up shelving and re-organize all 3 rooms.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure food premise is maintained at a high level of sanitation. Clean up all food spills and splatter immediately and maintain an organized establishment. Keep supplies and materials off the ground to allow for easy cleaning.
