- Observation(s): - all three sanitizer bottles located in deli area next to deli slicers had 50ppm quat solution. bottles were emptied and replenished with fresh solution @200ppm at time of inspection - recommend to empty bottle daily, and replace with fresh solution daily - allow sanitizer to run through line for a few seconds prior to filling to ensure adequate concentration has been reached
