- Paper towel dispensers were available. A couple were missing paper towel (the ne at the front counter and the one by the chicken breading area - there's paper towel outside unit, on a shelving unit but not inside dispenser).

- Follow-up required:There was a water leak from the ceiling in the southwest basement room, and a bucket was present under the leak to collect the water. There was a pool of water around the bucket, and no food products were present in the room. Ensure that the water leak is repaired, and the floor is cleaned and sanitized.

- Follow-up required:In the basement, there were cardboard boxes that appeared to be stained with oil around the grease trap. The operator mentioned that they keep the boxes placed on the floor to absorb the oil that may spill during the grease trap service. Multiple days have passed since the grease trap service, and the facility kept the dirty cardboard boxes on the floor. Please ensure that the floor is cleaned, and cardboard boxes are discarded after the grease trap service.

- The hot holding unit for the gravy was turned off, and the temperature of the gravy was around 55C. One of the staff mentioned that the hot holding unit was turned off because it was not functioning correctly, as it maintains the temperature at its highest setting and causes the gravy to boil. The operator plugged in the device to the outlet. Please do not turn off or unplug the hot holding unit during service. Ensure that all hot holding units are in good repair.
